Delete it in the app

1. Open lovelee and sign in.
2. Tap the menu button (the four little windows, bottom right of your boat).
3. Tap the gear tab to open settings.
4. Scroll down and tap delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. You will be signed out and can't sign back in with that email.

Can't open the app?

Email support@lovelee-app.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your login (email and password)
• Your profile (your name and the list of boats you're on)
• Your place on your shared boat: you're removed from it, so your partner can invite someone new

What stays

• Letters, doodles, photos and answers you sent stay on the boat you shared, because they belong to your partner's side too. If you want those deleted as well, email us and we'll remove them within 30 days.
• Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn't cancel one: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Their purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
